قصے میری الفت کے جو مرقوم ہیں سارے

آ دیکھ تیرے نام سے موسوم ہیں سارے

بس اس لیے ہر کام ادھورا ہی پڑا ہے

خادم بھی میری قوم کے مخدوم ہیں سارے

اب کون میرے پاؤں کی زنجیر کو کھولے

حاکم میری بستی کے بھی محکوم ہیں سارے

Bas is liye har kaam adhoora hi para hai

Khadim bhi meri qaum ke makhdoom hain sary

Ab kaun mere paun ki zanjeer ko kholay

Hakim meri basti ke bhi mahkoom hain sary

Shayd ye mera zarf hai jo khamosh Hon ab tak

Warna to tere aib bhi maloom hain sary

Har jurm meri zaat se mansoob hai mohsin
